The Cottage District is located east of I-95 in Palm Beach County’s growing city of Boynton Beach.
Designed for comfortable, casual, contemporary living, the Cottage District will offer 19 single-family, detached homes with one- and two-story floor plans, each with a two-car garage. It also will offer 22 single-family, attached townhome units, each with an attached garage, for a total of 41 new, affordable housing units.
