Pulte Group is incredibly excited to announce the next release of homesites in Carver Square! The number of applicants exceeds the number of homes remaining so we will be conducting a lottery drawing on April 18th to determine the buyers of the homes.
Key details:
- We will release the remaining 15 homes in this lottery. We have received overwhelming feedback that the interested buyers would like to know ASAP so they can make alternative housing plans if they are not selected.
- The remaining 15 homes by floorplan are:
- Browning – 4 houses ($4,153 required deposit)
- Chapman – 3 houses ($7,475 required deposit)
- Hamden – 4 houses ($9,136 required deposit)
- Thompson – 4 houses ($10,797 required deposit)
Details of each house and final price can be found online at liveatcarversquare.com
- The lottery will be conducted in a CRA facility with multiple witnesses of both Delray Beach CRA and Pulte employees.
- Interested buyers will need to submit:
- Updated proof of funds greater than the down payment required – The proof of funds must have a date of April 6th or later
- A copy of the current award letter
- Preferred floor plan that matches the category specified on the award letter
ALL 3 items above must be received in order to take place in the lottery. Even if you submitted these items in the first release in March, you need to submit all 3 items above again. If the proof of funds shows an amount less than the required deposit, you will not be entered into the lottery.
- Please include your broker registration form if applicable.
- Submission Time Period: April 13th and April 14th from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- Submission Options:
- Electronically: Send package via e-mail to carversquare@pulte.com
- In-person Drop-Off: Packages can be dropped off at the times listed above. The address is 1475 Centrepark Blvd. Suite # 140 West Palm Beach, FL 33401
- Lottery drawing winners will be notified on April 20th, 2022.
We did receive questions on the first release, below are answers to the most common questions.
Why was a lottery used for the first release? When it became clear that we had more qualified applications than homes available, we determined that a lottery drawing was the fairest way to select the buyers. The lottery was done with multiple witnesses and held at the CRA office.
Why wasn’t “first come first serve” used to determine who received the first homes? Leading up to the sale date, some buyers indicated that they were prepared to camp out days in advance. This dynamic would not be fair to those that have non-flexible work schedules or have children at home. We concluded that a lottery drawing was the fairest way for all qualified applicants.
We want to thank you for your continued interest in Carver Square. We look forward to continuing our construction and delivering these high-quality new homes in late 2022 and early 2023.
Sincerely
Pulte Group
