We are excited to announce the release of our first five homes at Carver Square in Delray Beach. Carver Square is a workforce housing community consisting of twenty single family homes. The homes included the first release are in the Low, Moderate-1 and Moderate-2 Income categories.
There will be one Browning available in the first release. This floorplan is 1,447 square feet and features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a 2-car garage. The sales price for this Low- Income category is $166,110 and requires a deposit of $4,152.75. This home will be built in the Coastal elevation style.
There will be two Chapmans available in the first release. This floorplan is 1,662 square feet and features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a 2-car garage. The sales price for this Moderate-1 Income category is $213,570 and requires a deposit of $7,474.95. Both homes will be built in the Florida Mediterranean elevation style.
There will be two Hamdens available in the first release. This two-story floorplan is 1,822 and features 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms and a 2-car garage. The sales price for this Moderate-2 Income category is $261,030 and requires a deposit of $9,136.05. Both homes will be built in the Coastal elevation style.
Each home proposed is currently subject to a 40-year workforce housing program deed restriction as currently required by Delray Beach. In addition, these homes are part of the Palm Beach County Workforce Housing program which carries a 15-year restriction. Both restrictions will require annual reporting and limitations on future sales.
These five homes have started construction and we anticipate completion in the August to November time frame.

Sales Process
To make an offer for this initial release, the following items must be submitted:
- PBC workforce housing program certificate and fully executed award letter
- Proof of funds for the required down payment (copy of bank statement showing funds)
- Your preferred floorplan from the list above
- Broker Registration Form (if applicable)
Submissions for the first five homes will be accepted on Thursday, March 17th from 9 am to 8 pm and Friday, March 18th from 9 am to 5 pm.

Alternatively, paperwork may be hand-delivered to Attention: Jeremy Needelman, General Sales Manager, PulteGroup, 1475 Centrepark Boulevard, Suite 140, West Palm Beach, FL 33401 between 9 am and 8 pm on Thursday, March 17th and 9 am and 5 pm on Friday, March 18th.
Offers submitted before or after these dates will not be considered for the first release. Incomplete offers will not be considered so please make sure your application has all items needed.
The buyers will be notified between March 22nd and March 25th, 2022. Buyers will have 3 business days to execute the sales contract provided by Pulte and provide their down payment.
Please note that if your preference is for a future release or a Thompson floor plan, you may submit your sales package in the timeframe above and we will notify you in the future of when those will be released.
