The Cottage District neighborhood is located within the City of Boynton Beach’s Heart of Boynton District. Situated between NE 5^th and 4^th Avenues to the north and south respectively, and N. Seacrest Boulevard to the west, and NE 1^st Street to the east, the Cottage District is conveniently located near I-95.

With approximately four acres, the Cottage District will offer nineteen single-family, detached homes featuring one- and two-story floor plans, each with a two-car garage. It also will offer 22 single-family, attached townhome units for a total of 41 single-family units within the Heart of Boynton District.

While envisioning the appearance of homes in the Cottage District, the BBCRA and Pulte drew from Boynton Beach’s coastal history. Architectural features will be incorporated into the homes of the Cottage District, providing consistency and integration with the surrounding community.
